REPRESENTATIVES OF ATYRAU UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE HELD AT SSU
Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law of Atrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Associate Professor Elmira Adiyetova and Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of the same University, Associate Professor Ayman Musayeva participated in the International Scientific Conference "Sustainable development problems of the economics in the information society" jointly organized by Sumgayit State University and Yildiz Technical University, Turkey on December 16.
On December 17, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Gafar Atayev greeted the guests on behalf of the Rector of Sumgayit State University, Professor Elkhan Huseynov and himself and spoke about the importance of the relations between Sumgayit State University and Atrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov within the Association of State Universities of the Caspian states.
Associate Professor Ayman Musayeva thanked for the warm welcome. She noted that the agreement on cooperation between the two universities, signed in 2016, is coming to an end, and there is a need to extend the agreement to further expand cooperation.
Then the parties exchanged gifts.
The guests visited the Heydar Aliyev Center at the university. Director of the center Tarana Namazova gave detailed information to the guests about the establishment, activities of the center, the life of the National Leader.
Then Elmira Adyetova and Ayman Musayeva got acquainted with the Faculty of Economics and Management.
The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Aynura Yahyayeva, Deputy Dean Araz Mirzabeyov, Head of the Department of Economics, Associate Professor Lala Mahmudova, Head of the Department of Business Organization and Management, Associate Professor Galib Huseynov, Head of the Department of World Economy and Marketing, Associate Professor Malahat Panahaliyeva, Head of Finance and Accounting docent Loghman Abdullayev. During the meeting, curricula, dual degree programs at the master"s level, opportunities and prospects for joint activities in research and education were discussed.
Accompanied by Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Araz Mirzabeyov and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics Mahammad Ahmadov, Elmira Adyetova and Ayman Musayeva visited the Alley of Martyrs in Sumgayit, laid flowers at the graves of martyrs and got acquainted with the sights of the city.
