YARAT Public Union organizes weekly excursions to YARAT Contemporary Art Center, XX-XXI centuries Azerbaijan Painting Museum and ARTIM Project Space for teachers and students. The main purpose of the excursions is to increase the outlook of teachers and students in the field of culture and art.

On December 1, a group of teachers and students of Sumgayit State University visited the YARAT Contemporary Art Center. Here, students were given detailed information about the activities of the center and talked about major projects implemented by the center.

A solo exhibition called "Ozunsen!" by Rashad Alakbarov was presented at YARAT Contemporary Art Center. It should be noted that Rashad Alakbarov's works are mainly large, but unusual installations. These works are not intended for direct comprehension, but for "mysterious" perception. When different or similar objects of a certain shape and specially placed are illuminated at the required angle, the exit to the wall gives an image that is less similar to the installation. The magic of Rashad Alakbarov's handicrafts is in the duplication of the imaginary world he created. The immersive project showcased new sculptures and installations created by the artist at the request of YARAT.
