On September 25, the Faculty of Philology organized an online art-scientific seminar on "The Second Karabakh War - the most glorious page in the history of our statehood" dedicated to September 27 - Remembrance Day.

The seminar was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Associate Professor Sevinj Hamzayeva, Head of the Department of Azerbaijani and Foreign Literature Professor Avtandil Mammadov, Head of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and its teaching methods Boyukkhanim Eminli, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Aytekin Mammadova and faculty members.

First, the souls of our martyrs who died for the freedom and territorial integrity of our Motherland were commemorated with a minute of silence.

The seminar was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Associate Professor Sevinj Hamzayeva, who greeted the participants and gave information about the content and essence of the seminar. She noted that under the leadership of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, thanks to the courage of our National Army, our lands, which had been occupied for almost thirty years, were liberated from the army of the aggressor Armenia. The 44-day Patriotic War for Truth and Justice resulted in our great Victory.

Shikar Huseynov, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Faculty of Philology delivered speech on "44-day chronicle of victory", Afat Rafiyeva, senior lecturer of the Department of Azerbaijan and Foreign Literature on "From Literature to Eternity", teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages Sevil Valiyeva spoke on "Iron fist operation and the people, army, state unity", senior teacher of the Department of Azerbaijani language and its teaching methods Ali Rzayev on "Those who wrote the epos with their blood". They said that the proud, glorious page, written in 44 days of history, brought great joy to every Azerbaijani, regardless of where they live. We express our gratitude to the head of our state, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the brave Azerbaijani Army, all the soldiers and officers who gave us this happiness. The 44-day Patriotic War once again demonstrated the unity of the President-people-army. Our people were fully convinced that the successful counter-offensive operations carried out thanks to the resolute position of our state, the strength and power of

our Army will put an end to the occupation that has lasted for more than thirty years!
