Urgent measures are being taken to prevent the threat of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in Azerbaijan. In connection with taking the necessary measures against coronavirus, education, sharing of scientific experience and implementation of foreign exchanges are organized online at Sumgayit State University. On March 26-27, Assoc.prof. Aytekin Mammadova, head of the Department of Pedagogy and psychology, and PhD in history Samira Mammadova, head of the Department of International Cooperation and International Students, participated online in the 11th international scientific-practical seminar organized by the support of Ministry of Education of Belarus at Baranovichi State University. The topic of the seminar was "Preschool education: experience, problems, prospects."

It is noteworthy that in January, the authors applied for participation in the seminar with an article on "Management of textbooks and methodical work in preschool education institutions" and filled out an application form for full-time participation. In order to prevent the spread of the known Coronavirus (COVID - 19) virus in the world, our staff had to participate in the international event online, as visual participation was replaced by remote participation. The materials of the seminar were sent to the e-mail addresses of teachers in the published journal in pdf format.
