On November 4-11, the trainings were held in Vilnius, Lithuania within the project of Erasmus+EQAC “Establishment and development of Quality Assurance Centers in Azerbaijani universities”. Vice-rector on Teaching Organization and Training Technologies docent Natig Talibov, senior lecturer of Department of History and its teaching methods Sarvan Badalov and laboratory worker of Department of Azerbaijani language and its teaching methods Nihad Huseynov represented our university in the trainings.

The trainings dedicated to subjects entitled “Methodology on assessment of higher education program” and “QPR –Quality process result software” were discussed in Lithuanian Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education, University of Mykolas Romeris and University of SMK Social Applied Sciences.

In the first day of the event, the trainings “Methodology on assessment of higher education program” were held in Lithuanian Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education and University of Mykolas Romeris. The object of the training is getting acquainted with methodology on assessment of higher education in Lithuania, application opportunities of this methodology to Azerbaijani higher education system, establishing Quality Assurance Centers in Azerbaijani universities and adjusting work principles of the centers to international standards. The event went on with the trainings “QPR –Quality process result software” in the University of SMK Social Applied Sciences. The participants got acquainted with software and performed tasks on the subject. Senior lecturer of Department of History and its teaching methods Sarvan Badalov delivered presentation in the training.

It is worth noting that 11 Azerbaijani universities, 3 Lithuanian universities and personnel of Lithuanian Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education took part in the trainings.
