SSU LECTURERS TOOK PART IN THE SEMINAR WITHIN TWINNING PROJECT
On October 8, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University hosted the seminar on “Evaluation of training results” within international Twinning project by support of Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan.
Sumgayit State University was represented in the event by head of the Department of Information and Computer technics docent Gadir Mansurov, head of the Evaluation and Quality Assurance Section docent Khalil Aliyev, senior lecturer of Informatics department Aygun Taghiyeva, docent of Department of petrochemistry and chemical engineering Gorkhmaz Bayramov and head of the Department of Physics and its teaching methods Fuad Mammadov.
The seminar aimed at delivering information about recording and evaluating training results to the participants.
Commencing the event by welcome speech, senior consultant of Education Ministry Azad Akhundov notified that the main purpose of the project is to adapt higher education system of Azerbaijan to competences, training results and student-centered approach. Afterwards expert Mara Jure from Latvia delivered presentation on “Record and evaluation of training results”. After presentation seminar participants did practical tasks in 4 subgroups and discussed the results.
