The list of required documents for enrollment of admitted undergraduates in vacant places of master’s program for 2018/2019 academic year
1.Original and 2 copies of identity card;
2.Bachelor’s diploma, original of the appendix to the diploma and 2 copies of it.
3.Reference of completion of high school only for graduates of the current year;
4.4 3x4-size photos;
5.Medical certificate;
6.Bank receipt for students who pay for their education (invoice for payment must be taken from accounting office of the university).
7.Original and copies of documents certified by notary for privileged persons (children of displaced persons, martyr’s family and Karabakh war invalids)
8.Original and copies of documents certified by notary on deprivation from parental care.
Documents will be received from August 16 to August 24 in the main building of Sumgayit State University (Sumgayit city, Baki street, 1) in the auditorium № 243 from 9:00 to 17:00 except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
